This Schezwan Naanza (Naan Pizza) is super easy to make, bursting with exotic Asian and rich Italian-American flavors, and always a crowd pleaser! It’s made with fresh or frozen naan, a readymade schezwan sauce, delicious and smooth velvety milk cheeses, and topped with freshly chopped coriander!

This Schezwan Naanza (Naan Pizza) is super easy to make, bursting with exotic Asian and rich Italian-American flavors, and always a crowd pleaser! It’s made with fresh or frozen naan, a readymade schezwan sauce, delicious and smooth velvety milk cheeses, and topped with freshly chopped coriander!

Ingredients

  • Frozen / fresh Naan – 2

  • Butter as needed

  • Schezwan sauce – 4 tbsp

  • Mozzarella cheese – 1/2 cup

  • sliced onion

  • sliced bell pepper

  • sliced olives

  • cooked corn

Directions

  • Heat a pan on medium heat, once the pan is hot rub some butter and place a frozen naan.
  • Heat the naan on medium flame for 30 seconds on each side.
  • Take the naan off the pan n place it in a plate.
  • Spread 2 tbsp. schezwan sauce.
  • Sprinkle 1/4 cup cheese.
  • Add toppings of choice. I used onions, bell pepper and corn.
  • Return to the hot pan and cook the naanza covered until cheese melts on low flame.
  • Schezwan naanza is ready.
