Ingredients
Frozen / fresh Naan – 2
Butter as needed
Schezwan sauce – 4 tbsp
Mozzarella cheese – 1/2 cup
sliced onion
sliced bell pepper
sliced olives
cooked corn
Directions
- Heat a pan on medium heat, once the pan is hot rub some butter and place a frozen naan.
- Heat the naan on medium flame for 30 seconds on each side.
- Take the naan off the pan n place it in a plate.
- Spread 2 tbsp. schezwan sauce.
- Sprinkle 1/4 cup cheese.
- Add toppings of choice. I used onions, bell pepper and corn.
- Return to the hot pan and cook the naanza covered until cheese melts on low flame.
- Schezwan naanza is ready.
