Veggie Pulao for toddlers

Veggie Pulao for toddlers is a healthy, nutritious and wholesome meal. Also this is a family friendly meal, so no additional work.

First birthdays are always special. You tend to have a thousand ideas in your mind and you want to make it a memorable experience.

For my Ruhaan’s first birthday, we planned and hosted two very memorable, fun-filled parties. While listing down the food options for these parties, I decided that I should cook something special for the star of the party as well. I spent a lot of time searching the internet for something that I could introduce as a tasty addition to Ruhaan’s diet. I precisely wanted a not so spicy and a well balanced meal for him.

As by that time we had already tried many recipes for toddler foods, I was not satisfied with what I found on the internet. That was when I decided to combine my own ideas with what I found on the internet and try to dish out a yummy pulao filled with good amounts of healthy veggies, that my baby could eat to his hearts content without causing any problems in his cute tummy.

So here I am describing the recipe for this veggie pulao. It’s very easy to make and does not require any special or complex ingredients.

Veggies used in the biryani

BLW – You can smush the Pulao and make it into balls. Then serve it to your toddler as a baby led weaning meal or offer on a pre loaded spoon.
